Renting Unirondack

Unirondack is the ideal venue to host your next big event!

Our various camp facilities and amenities all make for a relaxing and rustic getaway for your special gathering or celebration. You can learn more about our buildings and grounds here, all of which can be included in rentals (excluding a few staff-only spaces).

All of the weekends throughout our open seasons are usually booked with Unirondack programs and pre-scheduled private rentals, but if you are interested in renting camp during the weeks in the Spring or Fall, please email us at [email protected] for more information. Also, weekends can sometimes be rented if planned with managers more than one year in advance.

Camp Rental Rates

For 2026, camp rental rates are $50 per person (5 years old and up) per 24-hour period, with a minimum of $1,200 per day. These rates are raised every couple years to account for inflation.

Starting in 2027, camp rental rates will be structured a bit differently:

  • Groups 25 people or fewer (5 years old and up) = $1,200 per day

  • Groups between 26 and 35 people = $1,600 per day

  • Groups between 36 and 50 people = $1,900 per day

  • Groups 51 people or more = $2,100 per day

Food and Catering

Rental groups may either provide their own food and kitchen staff for use in Unirondack’s well-equipped commercial kitchen, or arrange for their meals to be catered and cleaned up by Unirondack staff for additional fees. Email [email protected] for information about catering options.

Cabins and Housing

There are many sleeping spaces at camp, and all are a bit different. Some of their ages range from 15 to 100 years old. Important Odds & Ends

A signed Rental Agreement, deposit payment, and certificate of proof of insurance are all required before your rental period can be reserved for you, so please make your plans well in advance.
