Youth Camp Fees

$785 per session (includes $25 non-refundable Camp Store credit).
($200 deposit per session required at time of registration).

NOTE: You may register your child for up to 3 camp sessions. You may add a 4th session to your child’s registration if there is still space in that session after May 1st. Please contact us after May 1st for availability. Once a session is full and has a waiting list we will post that information on our website. To place your child on a waiting list for a full session, please fill out an online registration form but do not send us a deposit unless we contact you to let you know there is space for your child.

Choosing an Age-Appropriate Session

Please check the session’s age group before registering.
Each session at Unirondack has the same type of daily schedule that includes workshops, “one-shots”, evening activities, a daily campfire and other fun, active and enriching activities, but within this framework our Programming Staff designs age-appropriate activities for each session. We discourage you from registering your child for a session that is meant for an older or younger age group. Your child must be the appropriate age by the start of the camp session. Our sessions fill up and we often have waiting lists. We need to make sure that as many campers as possible who are the appropriate age group for a session are able to attend that session.

Choosing How Many Sessions to Attend

Campers may come to camp for 1, 2, or 3 weeks.
It doesn’t matter which session you choose for your child’s first session or last session of camp (as long as it is the right age group for your child). We have campers arriving and leaving at the beginning and end of each camp session. That’s because some campers only stay for 1 week, some stay for 2 weeks and some stay for 3 weeks. So your child won’t feel out of place if he leaves at the end of a Channing 1, Parker 1 or Ballou 1 session or arrives at the beginning of a Channing 2, Parker 2 or Ballou 2 session. And many campers choose to attend two different types of sessions (ie: Channing 2 and Parker 1).

How To Register

1) FILL OUT OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM CLICK HERE

Or from the blue “REGISTER” dropdown menu above, please click on our online Summer Youth Camps or Family Camp Summer Registration link and fill out the online registration form. It will be automatically emailed to us.

2) SEND YOUR DEPOSIT TO UNIRONDACK

A $200 deposit per person per session should be paid via credit card when you register or mailed within 2 weeks of registering to complete your registration and to save the space(s) in the session(s) you’ve registered for.
Mail to: Unirondack, P.O. Box 963, Burlington VT 05402
Make checks payable to “Unirondack.”
(Please note: We encourage you to pay by credit card rather than send us a check. There is no longer a fee to pay by credit card).

3) SUBMIT REQUIRED MEDICAL INFO

The Unirondack camper medical form is no longer downloadable from the Unirondack website. All camper health records are now managed by “CampDoc,” an online camp health record system. After you register you’ll be emailed a link to CampDoc. On CampDoc you will be able create a medical profile for your child and, similar to the new registration program, you will be able to update the profile at any time. Your child’s medical information will be saved from year to year, which will make registration and medical info submission faster and easier in years to come! We must receive all medical information by May 1 or you risk losing your spot. No camper will be allowed to stay at camp unless we have the required medical information. NOTE: A doctor’s visit is not required to fill out the medical form. If your child has special dietary or medical needs please contact us by email at the time of registration so that we can let you know if we can accommodate your child’s needs at camp.
