Unirondack’s Rental Fees
Fees include the use of all facilities, including the kitchen.
Rental groups provide their own food.
Spring & Fall Leasing: $22 per per person per night with a group minimum of $700 per night.
If your group is a first time renter or has cancelled a past rental, a non-refundable deposit of $300 for two-days, $400 for three-days, or $500 for mid-week rental is required.
All groups are required to sign and return our leasing agreement to reserve a weekend for their group.
In addition, proof of insurance is needed prior to the start of the weekend. Usually you can get this from your congregation’s insurance agent with minimal or no charge.
