Meeting Agenda: Normal business. Discussion will include a review of the past year and planning for the coming year, including budget, the foundation campaign, and staffing.

Unirondack Annual Meeting
Our 2012 Annual Meeting will take place at Unirondack on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 10am. The meeting will take place during our Fall Membership Weekend so you are welcome to stay for the whole weekend if you are a member.
- Who can attend? Members, congregational delegates, and guests.
- Who Can Vote? Each member congregation can send two voting delegates. Family Members have one vote per family and Individual Members have one vote.
- If I am not a member, how do I become a congregational delegate? Make certain your congregation has joined and ask them to send you.
- Membership Fees: Membership cost is minimal. The Family Membership fee is $100 and the Individual Membership fee is $75. Even if you are personally a member, if your congregation has not already joined ask them to support Unirondack by sending in their annual $150 congregation membership dues.
- Registering for the Meeting: Send us an e-mail at Director@Unirondack.org to tell us to expect you if you plan on attending.
- When should I arrive? You can come for the Saturday meeting only, or you are welcome to stay for the entire Member’s Weekend. If you are attending the weekend you can arrive any time after 5pm on Friday October 5 and stay until Monday October 8. Registration for the weeklend is necessary. - What does it cost? The weekend is free if you are a member or delegate. Housing and Meals are provided.
